So I splurged a bit with a tiny bit of settlement money and picked up a few wargames and other games:

SOVEREIGN OF THE SEAS - Compass
TARGET FOR TODAY - Legion
A GMT threepak score of Iron & Oak, Rebel Raiders, and The Kaisers Pirates
SAILS OF GLORY - way too many little ships :)
Xia: Legends of a Drift System & expansion
Star Trek Frontiers
Fortune and Glory & two expansions
A couple of APL Panzer Grenadier, 2ndWW at Sea and Great War at Sea titles to fill out my collection.

And finally, my priest and I have gone in together on a decent (though inexpensive) bamboo go table and two nice pots of stones. We are beginning to learn go. we've each read one of the books that  came with, swapped and read the other, and have played twice on the normal 19x19 board. 1 and 1.

Now that all my games are here, I need to get someone in to build shelving in the front closet so the games can have a home...all 870 of them according to BGG, though a goodly portion of those are sets of miniature rules sans minis. OTOH some of those rules have lots. For example I have almost as many "modern naval" minis as the Reagan navy. In 1/3000 thank goodness.

Then again, there's the remains of Allan Rothberg's WW2 "French and a few others" fleet, and those are 1/1200. Come to think of it all those War at Sea minis are 1/1800.

I think the apartment may be too small...  :)
