twitch.tv plays a one minute ad when you start up a video, afterwards it won't bother you. The videos I have up there are like a half hour to a few hours long.

Keep in mind this is an alpha version and there are alot of gaps in documentation and alot of game play elements that need to be added, but the core stuff is place. I do have random thoughts here that may give you an idea the scope of this game http://panzerfuror.com/about.html.

Unlike most VASSAL modules, this is NOT a player's aide. It IS a fully self-contained game. I developed the entire engine to support a game of this type. I intend on using it for other games I am working on. In fact this just started out as a test, but has gotten to the point it is now, mainly due to my new status of a handicapped person, which suddenly gave me alot of idle time.

The combat system was replaced with an integration of Lanchester's equations, and I have made so many changes to the game play that it is now it's own game system.

All of the maps provided are my own art work, as well as designs are from historical photographs and plans, heavily processed to get a b/w profile out of them. Standard NATO symbols, as well as those from scanned pb/pw countersets are used for pieces. The numbers are added by VASSAL, which is driven from metadata. I use standard PL/PB values as the guide, but have made some changes where I feel they would be more historically accurate.

One of these days I plan on releasing a sdk so folks can add their own unit-packs, map-packs and/or scenario-packs. I putting this together will every intention of making it fully extensible and modifiable. But that's down the road.

The module current has over 350 combat units defined, and have yet to add the Soviets, which is also planned.

If you get the message "Sorry an error has occurred, retrying.", it's some sort of bug in google drive due to file being over 100 MB :P. Regardless. just click on the "Download" icon on the bottom right of the page and you can proceed with the download. I think it has something to do with the size of the file and their virus scanner having a problem with a file that big.

Just click on the download icon on the lower right. Tey have some sort of virus scanner there that crashes on big files :O
