Hi John,

I've just added the Consimworld badge to my site www.limeyyankgames.co.uk.

The image has to be clicked twice to work - is this right?

More annoying is that whether the image or the test tag is used, it takes the visitor to my page and then, a second later, takes them automatically to the main page. The back button then takes them to consimworld.com.

As a result it is dificult for them to visit my page or to navigate back to LYG.

Is this sonething I'm doing wrong? If not, is it possible to get it resolved server side? If not I'll have to simply remove the badge - which would be a shame.

Thanks

Andy

John, Tried to contact Sutherland, the owner of the SPI Group, so he could use the SPI Logo to dress up the Group Site. So far, no luck. Will try again. Apparently I can't do it from here, otherwise I would!

I also note the messaging icons disappeared from the Ning black line up top. Where'd they go?

Thanks Jon - glad you liked the pics. Bit out of date now (although the model section isn't). My wife puts all our China pics on Facebook...maybe I should upload some here...

John, I'm about an hour-and-a-half or so north of Mark Hinkle et al. I have played with some of the Le Marshalate guys a few times, particularly Marty Sample but it's a bit of a haul especially in the winter. I'm in more contact with these guys http://www.carnagecon.com

John, I'm having trouble choosing the colors for my page. When i customize the appearance, it shows the number code in the box but I can't tell what color it is. I need to know so I can change the colors. Thanks.

More comments, John. The page customization feature doesn't seem to be working. I tried to update my theme but it didn't take.

Hi John,

What is the visibility of the information at this site to the outside world? As far as I can tell, I can either restrict my page/info to my friends only, or I have to let the whole world see. I would really rather restrict my info, including the knowledge of my membership, to members only.

John,

Since you threw down the gauntlet on the 'most friends' competition....hmmmm....I'll take two for a dollar comes to mind.

But that said, what's the top number right now? Not counting you of course.

John - i assume you show up as a friend to all members, but it was still nice to see you on my friend list. Of course you have been a great friend to the gaming world. I met David Moody through CSW and have done more ftf gaming the last five years then I ever imagined.

Holy cow, John, look how fast/big this website is getting. Ballooned to 300 people...in how many hours since you advertised it on the main website?

It is definitely a high complexity game, so I started off at the top instead of starting simple and working up.
