You missed a great day at WBC. Congrats on your awards. If you want in on the WW3 playtests, let me know. I know you have so much spare time (wink).

Well, in between all the other stuff, I managed to get here. You ought to get a Myspace page and join up with me. I have one now. I sure wish you were coming to WBC!

Jim, glad you liked the Opeth album. You should check out their album that came out before "Watershed" too -- "Ghost Reveries". "Damnation" is also excellent if you enjoy their 'softer side'.

I've been enjoying your playlist as well. Good to see "Bastille Day" on there as I've been on a big Rush kick of late. Also enjoying your photos; I made my first trip to Gettysburg and Antietam just this past April.

After listening to some of the tunes you have posted there you've made it into my top 3 people to have a listening party with. Excellent playlist you old rocker you.

Hi Jim,

I posted a playtest set of rules, cards and map for 1989 on my blog page. Take a look and tell me what you think and if it would work for your course. I will be doing some playtests and revisions for the next few months so any ideas you have for the game would be great. Thanks.

Thank you! The site has been very neglected for a long time I am afraid.

Jim, I just wanted to let you know that I'm really enjoying your playlist. I've long suspected that we have a lot of similar music interests, and this confirms it (I'm going to see UFO live in Coeur d'Alene, ID tonight! -- the first time I've seen them perform since 1977[!]). I especially like that way this site allows you to open the playlist up in a pop up window so that I can listen while I'm working away.

Cheers to you; one of the hardest working men in wargaming today.

Heya Jim, glad you liked "The Lotus Eater". I'm going to see Opeth live in Spokane tonight! That song is off their forthcoming "Watershed" CD that is due out in June.

Hi Jim, thanks for the add. Nice playlist by the way. I gotta make one of those for myself.
