I like me some solitaire wargaming.
One player wargame with an AI.
I love 'em
Is it really good (Field Commander Rommel) ? I was between it and No Retreat, and choose No Retreat, am I going to regret my decision ?
Hey Bob --
I love it. Played once, and trying to get time to get it on the table again. SOON.
:D
Not sure if I belong here - like many, I play a lot of solo,
but prefer games that aren't designed for solo play (indeed,
I most enjoy soloing the big multi-player games).
i've played a few sessions of Space Infantry. There are a few AARs in the CSW forum u can see.
ping me if u want a link to them or the video. There is a new module coming out soon too, I think it will be included in a LNL magazine - Line Of Fire.
Space Infantry sounds interesting. I am playing Panzerblitz solo at the moment. it is coming along quite nicely at the moment and is quite suited for solitaire playing. I know it is an old game, but it is my first venture into it, so for me i is a new experience
I usually play two-player games by myself. There are just a lot more of those. As for solo wargames, Omaha Beach looks intriguing, although I haven't played it yet. On the other end, Lock 'n' Load's Space Infantry is a very quick playing game that you can set up, play, and finish in a short period of time.
Anyone got any good recommendations for a solo wargame?
Playing Solo....is your preference to play a solitaire game, or do you like more of a challenge and prefer playing a 2 player game solo? Or do you have no preference?
And regardless whether or not you do have a preference, what games do you like for solo play?
