Download Issues

Jo told me to download the free version, which I did, and he sent the v11Update. He also sent a regcode. I don't know what to do with the regcode and can't get v11 to open. I keep getting an error message. Any ideas?See More

access to Hexdraw denied

Mr. Bader, I purchased Hexdraw about a year ago and find it very useful. Unfortunately, my computer completely died. It won't even boot up for me to retrieve software from it. On top of that, I am recently out of work so I cannot afford to repurchase it. Would it be possible to send me the Hexdraw files as a download so that I can once again enjoy its benefits on my new computer that I received for Christmas? Thank you.Sincerely,Paul KoenigSee More
