It happened with Panzer Blitz in December, 1970. But if your definition of wargaming is broader, Parker Bros. 1863 and MB's Dogfight were my starter games, back when LBJ was in the White House. Ancient history...
Your favorite game(s):
That's a tough one. Any wargame I play more than once a year can qualify.
What game(s) are you currently playing (solitaire, FTF, PBEM, etc.) or wish to play next?
Lion in Winter scenario for "Warriors of God." Also would like to try a Simmon's Napoleonic (Marengo or Austerlitz).
What game(s) have you played recently?
Warrior of God, Struggle of Empires, Shifting Sands, Twilight Struggle, Europe Engulfed...
In general, how much time do you spend gaming?
Not enough. Maybe 2-3 times a month, on average, 3-4 hours per session.
How big is your game collection?
Right now around 75 games. Space limits size of library.
Your local game club(s) and/or where you reside (let's network!)
Fun City ASL (JR Tracy) or Long Island wargamers (Allan Rothberg).
