It points out the folly of the sit-com though; an attempt to capture

the humor in life which just fails. You cannot script, you cannot

'show' that comedy. It must actually be experienced.

Tragedy, horror, thriller, and other genres actually DO seem to touch very

close to the nerve - but comedy? It's why it's the hardest of all forms. Requiring

a social interaction? Watching alone is less 'funny' than with others?
