ESPN2's Feature on La Roche College Basketball and Coach Scott Lang

Last night, during the pre-game show for the NCAA basketball championship, ESPN2 carried this feature on La Roche College's basketball program, and Coach Scott Lang.  I find this well worth watching, and not just because I'm on the La Roche faculty.

Winning for Coach

It shows too that not all of the big stories in college sports come from the big programs with the big names.  This is a team from a small Division III school, located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.  Nobody there will be headed to the NBA, or any professional league for that matter, and you can bet that they play more for the love of the game, and each other, than for free shoes or time on TV.
