This week: Played Operation Pointblank, a Japanese (?) design distributed by Quarterdeck Games. A really fun little USAAF bomber campaign. Also ended the SPQR scenario Castulo 211 BC. Two experienced players, a very close Roman victory. Changed history, that's why we like these GBOH battles.

The Saturday Group played GMT's "Sword of Rome".  Only made it through 2 turns but s the Greeks were ahead. Everyone enjoyed the play and strategy evolved. We will try this again now that we have the rules down.

First 2-player game finished in 2020. SPQR Deluxe: Pydna 168 BC.  Both sides broke on the same turn, but the Romans scored a few more Rout Points than the Macedonians so took the win. Too many broken phalanxes.  A real tough match.
