My wife only works Term time (which means she only works when the kids are in school), and since it is the school holidays, she is at home. But unfortunately it does mean she takes work home, which is spread over our dinner table, which means my board wargaming has to go on hold for now.

So, I have decided to have a go at The Korsun Pocket game which I bought last week.

It is a far more in depth game than Panzer General and plays just like a board game. Being more in depth, it has meant that I have had to trawl through a lot of the tutorials that it provides but it is worth it, as it is not a game you could easily pick up from scratch.

I am about to start one of the several scenarios, so wish me luck!

Thanks for letting me know. I did wonder where you got an El Alamein scenario as that does not come with the game, but I did track it down, along with quite a few other scenarios.
